Our philosophy is that only by first listening to you may we effectively counsel you on the best legal course of action to suit your needs for. Your first meeting will be with a lawyer member of our firm. The lawyer will answer all your questions.
We will clearly explain to you what you may expect from the civil justice system. You will be shown how we will use our knowledge of the law and the process to best represent you. We will use our experience to explain to you the range of possible outcomes.
We respect your desire to speak frankly and truthfully with us. You may be assured that we honor your need for confidential communication. Throughout our attorney-client relationship, you have the exclusive power to say yes or no to any offers of settlement.
In our first meeting, we will inform you about our attorney fees for our services. All of our fee agreements and your responsibilities will be in a written contract. This agreement is signed by you and a member of this law firm. Our policy of written agreements is another example of our philosophy of clear communication and our trustworthiness.
We respect your time. We are committed to meeting you promptly at the time we are scheduled to meet. We will be available to meet with you on selected Sundays. Telephone calls are taken immediately by the attorney if available. If the attorney is not immediately available, your telephone calls are returned within twenty four hours. Our legal assistants will also communicate with you to fulfill our goal of informing about the progress of your case. |
